Credit card fraud specialist is a fraud!

- USA
Since 9-10 I have been fighting a fraudulent charge on my credit card. It has been awarded in my favor and taken away 2 times now and my case all hinges on one thing: my cell phone number. Yep, that's right, my cell phone number. I was given a copy of my so called invoice for this service I "purchased."I have submitted evidence that not only is my email address incorrect but also the browser time zone used to make the purchase is from, just to name one of the countries, the United Arab Emirates! Now, you would think that an email address would be insignificant but how the company works that the service was purchased from is you pay, and then they send you a code to your email address, you retrieve the code and can then use the service. So, they have my name, address, credit card, oh and don't forget the smoking gun, my cell phone number, and THEIR email address. But none of this information mattered. She told me repeatedly that since she had my cell phone number on the invoice it was not fraud and I would be billed. Are you kidding me?! So it's perfectly ok that someone can get my name, address, and credit card and that's not a red flag but because my cell number is on there these people couldn't possibly be smart enough to figure out a way to get that too? Please help me. I am at my whits end and I'm not giving up. I didn't make the charge and I refuse to be called a liar. Plus, I don't want others to have to go through the same thing. The cell proof theory is not 100%!
