We hired a lawyer 2 months ago. He has done nothing in our case yet, at all. Yesterday we went and got some information from him to take down to the jail because he still has not done anything. He is now decided to appeal are case. And does not want to give us are money back. He said he is appealing because he has a new job and he will be out of town a lot.

Craig Kubiak is the worst lawyer possible. He did not show up at my hearing which led to me being arrested at my job, he sent "a lawyer friend" to cover one of my appearances and the guy didn't even know what I was being charged with, I could never get him on the phone, and when I complained about his poor professionalism during my sentencing he told me he "Didn't have to take my shit"
