This should tell you a part of my story, The White Mountain Independent news paper published a letter to the editor of mine after I put posters up to try and get someone to listen to me about the way cps has bent rules, violated constitional rights in order to steal my 9 month old grandson. The article has had so many comments of similar stories its crazy!!I had to report to cps because I was concerned about him due to my daughters problems with drugs. I was trying to due the right thing and thought cps would also. Thinking they were about the well being and safety of our children. WRONG. They never gave me the maternal granndmother or any of our other family an opportunity to have our say in court. The Navajo County Superior Court. They denied motions I filed motions for councel. They cps had under trained case workers lie on stand falsley accuse us of numerous things. We were never allowed to speak at all. When did our constitional rights disappear. Did we ever have any in the first place? My daughters public defender did nothing except tell us not to file for a judicial review, not to file for a judicial hearing. When all was said and done we of course lost and then he did not file for an appeal even though we asked. He was finally asked to step down due to differences. We had to figure out how to file for an appeal. Well to late by then. What attorney does not file for an appeal? We ended up filling a DALAYED appeal. Not one person asked what the delay was and found out Friday Aug.23 2011 it was to late. Where is the justice? And what about the baby. Who was ever thinking about his BEST INTEREST? This is a horrible injustice and in need of some serious help. It was the senior investigator of cps's personal grudge that bullied the 23 year old case worker into false accusations which I have proof of it all. The unprofessional manner which she presented her self on stand was unbelievable. She was laughing as she was answering questions on stand. Only until I said something did the public defender ask what was funny. It is all recorded on tape on the court room camera. They waited until the next meeting to apologize. Is this the was they are taking our babys safety. This is only the short version of my story. Please help. The article I wrote to the editor of the Show Low local paper has been going crazy with similar stories and there needs to be action taken please help. thank you Lisa Button.
