My Husband and I have been waiting for almost (3) months for our "Security Deposit" to be returned. We were first told that it was sent out to wrong address (We gave correct forwarding address a month before we left)this was supposedly sent on May 1, 2008. Then they never got the check back so they had to put a stop on it , ok now its June now they have to re-issue the check. They send us a check in the mail our address with someone elses name and a different address on check. I call and tell them they ask if I can bring it to them, I do. Still no check for us its mid June by now, I call,call, my husband calls each time they tell us a certified check has been sent out. Well where is it???? Now its July still no check and the same story about a certified check being sent out. Im really pissed by now, my Husband had a "heart Attack so we could use our check , I tell them this . Do you think they care??? NOT!!!!! I can not for the live of me understand why this big Company refuses to give us (What must be to them) our measley little $500 dollars??? All I can think is they must hope that Seniors do not have the money to sue them or will get tired and give up then they can just keep pocketing peoples money without any cosequences. Its a darn shame that the population (SENIORS) that a Company would claim to serve is the ones they are "RIPPING OFF" !!!
