Cosumer Reports Complaint

Consumer reports sent me a invoice stating that I owed them $20.00 For two book they claim I owe them for how odd though because I did not get or order any thing from this company ... I don't even like ordering book's that I can got to the library to see or buy cheap what a rip-off... I'm sick off paying for stuff that you didn't order just because they have a paper that say's you owe them ...Help!

I smell a scam...But how do you help your self not get ripped-off?
