Compliant Services Complaint

I received a form from Compliance Services, 400 Capital Cir SE Postal Mail Box 18321, Tallahassee FL. It did not look like a form from the State of Florida. It had my Corporation Number and incorporation date on it though. You have to read it carefully and in the end a person would be tempted to fill it out and send in a $125 check.

Being just a bit leary, I typed the name of the company in the search bar on the computer and there are many complaints. Some asked their accountants about it and it does not seem to be tax deductible or a service that is needed or requested by the State of Florida. According to the complaints, it is a pure scam.
