notice one day my cord on my heat surge fireplace was very hot burn marks on outlet after three hours of running it order it oct-2009 only used it time to tlme in winter call them jan.5-2012. they said will have supervisor call you for refund. told them I would like another one instead. they never called. called again 1-9-12 told story again just wanted to know yes or no answer for refund or new fire place or just say sorry cannnot do anything about it. they said will have supervisor call you today. itold them they said that last Thursday never called. they said pormise they call today 1-9-12 naver heard from them so I'm writing this letter very upset with this company. company in Ohio. amish do good work but there policy on returning calls to tackle problem. thank-you jeff rogers
