ILD Complaint

ILD charged my AT&T account $13.68 for alleged directory assistance. I called it directly and disputed the charge they wanted me to give them additional information so they could send me a check to reimburse because its policy is "disputed charged are refunded". ILD would not issue a credit for the full amount because it alleged it could not refund the tax. I told ILD I would call AT&T. I did and AT&T called ILD with me on the line and ILD changed its tune. Moral of story don't believe everything your told.
