Consumers Get Raw Deals With Cell Phone Companies - Cell Phone

- po box 54977 Los Angeles, Ca 90054-0977
I am a senior and have been with this company since 1998. Most recently I have been having problems with this cell phone beginning on June 1 2010...I had to go to san francisco, ca to family funeral and upon my return my son had heart attack and was on life support had coded 2 times..Yesterday July 13, 2010 he went in for heart surgery.. And is yet in hospital...I am the sister of the person writing this.. Unable to do so.. I had to drive her to the repair store 3 times they replaced the phone 3 times and it is yet not working...I was driving her because she has a broke foot....And they keep giving us the run around he stated we will upgrade her to any phone. And as soon as I get on the web and look up the phones. And pick one he says the phone will cost $199.00 I asked for either a free phone or some sort of assistance for her. These types of issues happen and many times people are going through very serious issues and they companies and new network say I wonder why they did this or did that. What brought them to that state....And it could've just been the last straw...From many other things. You know what I mean.

I have worked for Sprint for several years at their corporate store in N.Olmsted, Ohio. I delight in making life difficult for Sprint customers.

Need a new phone because yours crapped out within a year? SORRY. No new phone for you. No new battery either. Your insurance only covers replacing the overpriced phone you bought ((200.00 ) with a USED phone that was probably turned in for the SAME REASON.

Our company has lost over a million customers three years in a row. So what! I get to keep my job until their is only one customer left!

Hi! My name is Dan Hesse. I have been the CEO for a short time. I am a liar when I say customer service has improved. I get paid whether the customer is happy or not. It really helps when I can get them to give me their credit card and go on autopay. Did you know that I instruct my employees to NOT give a confirmation that releases you from having your card dinged each month even after you have tried to cancel autopay with one of the employees? Try getting your credit card to tell you. They won't.

Pay cash or you will be paying me long after you have defected to Verizon, AT T or TRACFONE! Good luck!
