On April 01, 2011 I received a letter from T Mobil stating that they would no longer be supporting the old sidekick and that I would have to purchase a new phone to maintain Internet access. So I Have to purchase a new Phone and get 50% off if I sign up for a new service for 2 years that would cost me about $30.00 month more or I van keep my agreement or pay the full price of a new phone at about $400.00 +
They are allowing me to cancel my current contract at no penalty.
This is totally wrong, if a company is having internal issues with a data service that they will no longer contract with. That issue should not be passed on to the consumers, especially if they are still under contract.
Please investigate this issue. This is taking advantage of consumers.
