My son is stationed in japan, these people are bullies, terrorists and thieves. they need to be STOPPED. They call my son day and night and they never say anything when the phone is answered, this is really a minor example of the things they do. One lady had a gun stuck in her face. They refuse to release titles when a loan is paid off. These people do not need to be doing business in our country and they are nationwide. Almost all of the complaints that are made also involves Citifinancial. They are selling peoples loans to Standander without the knowledge of the people who have the loans. There are hundreds of complaints. I found them when I done a search for Standander consumer complaints. These are cruel people who feed on the public. Thank you very much.
