Body Bliss Complaint

I prepaid to get a colonic for a discount; however, when I came for my colonic appointment the receptionist had me fill out all this paper work; the receptionist then said that I shouldn't get the colonic. She is also the one that makes sure the equipment is okay to do the service. There are no doctors. The owner of the shop was there, but she refused to give me my money back.
