My mother in law ordered a computer from blue hippo now there on social security and cannot buy one out right so she started paying for it on12/28/07 the final payment was1/2/09 she paid 1,918.00 All together it was shipped so they say 6/4/09 to her old address and returned to them 6/24/09 to be shipped here its now sept2,2009 and have not received the computer when we call we get the run around about give more time there supervisors don't take phone calls I asked for a refund come to find out they said its nonrefundable I don't know what to do next hopefully you can help there elderly and thats a lot of money to just give up on
