Ruined Christmas - 2 Laptops

Computer Inferno has deceived me. I called on Wednesday 12/05/2007, and placed a order for two Laptops that I was garanteed to be received by Christmas. The money came from my account on Friday 12/07/2007 and to this day I have not received any Laptops 12/26/2007. I have tried to talk to these people and no one will return my call. They have told me that they have been shipped, but no one can give me a tracking number but Robert the manager. Robert is never available. These were Santa gifts to my girls- Computer Inferno has ruined there Christmas. They did not have the only item they asked Santa for. Thank You Computer Inferno! I will be placing a ad in the sun news right beside yours to let the good people of this state know how you have done my family.
