I bought a computer bundle from CompUSA on line (computer,monitor, and printer) and when the shipment arrived, there was two computers, same model. I did not open the box and when I asked by email how to return computer I was told after waiting a week for reply that I needed a RMA (return merchandise authority)which was sent by email a week later. When the cost was credited back to my credit card if was 152.00 short. The company said that was a 15% restocking charge because it arrived back to them opened. It was their mistake and they know it, but still want to charge me, and that makes them thieves. Also bought a extended warranty for 189.00 which I never got a copy of by was charged for it and they refuse to cancel and refund my money. Do not do any business at all with these people as they are liars and thieves.
The computer was shipped back to them in the same condition that I received it. Unopened.
