Cabot family decorate complete home with stolen furniture. According to lt steve finch no arrest can be made because she gave back some of the belongings. The insurance co and mr. Mccarty the owner of the home need arrest to file further law suits to get resitution. The prosiquting attorney is now checking into the problem to try in find out why they are not wanting to make arrest. Maybe she is someones wife or sister on the force?
