Complaint TV Complaint

Recently spotted a story posted on this organization's website. The story didn't relate to our Toyota Chrysler dealership but was posted as if we were the selling dealer. Complaints of this nature should be posted to the manufacturer or the selling dealer. Her story concerned a lady who bought a used vehicle and put 50,000 miles on it and had no proof of the service/maintenance done to the vehicle and was mad at not being able to get her car fixed for free. Those 'facts' had nothing to do with our dealership which was used as the tag for the headline. CTV should at least verify the parties that a complaint is made on.
