I usually do not like to complain, but I feel that I have to let TutorVista team know about this so that they can find some way out. I am a freshman in college. Physics has always been a problem for me. I came across TutorVista and I tried the demo session which was impressive. I then decided to sign up for a week’s trial package. That was not a bad idea.
In the first week, I encountered many tutors for Physics. Some were good some Excellent and some average. I required help in Advanced Nuclear Physics, but was not able to find a good tutor for nuclear Physics. TutorVista promises to have tutors in all subjects and service all 24/7.They have good tutors for other subjects, but unfortunately, I dint find tutors for Nuclear Physics many a times. It’s just not about complaining but this needs to be addressed and taken care. I hope this complaint would be answered very soon.
To all of then enrolling with TutorVista, please select your tutors in the first week and block them for your sessions. I suggest TutorVista does not consider this as a complaint and neglect but consider this as a useful suggestion and can have some good tutors in all branches of Physics.
