Compliance Services Complaint

Received a very legitimate looking letter from Compliance Services in Tallahassee, Florida asking for Annual Shareholders Report and a filing fee of $125.00. Looks very official and was going to file it but checked online first and with my tax accountant and this is a scam. Please alert others so they don't send their hard-earned money off to these scam artists. If it is official, it will come from the State of Florida, Division of Corporations, not some place called COmpliance Services. Thank you - our hard earned money doesn't need to be scammed off so easily.
