RE: Winnie Diggs a Comcast customer dba WD Research.

Dear Mr. Butler,

Thank you very much for allowing me your time and corporation in getting my business account with Comcast set up but it still not completely resolved. You said there was nothing you could do about monetary compensation, according to Ms. Doy, you are. I realize that everyone I have spoken to knows I am the victim, and that I have suffered extreme damages. No one wants to admit that they were in the wrong for fear of losing their position with Comcast. I have been disregarded by most with the worse of it still ahead, the waiting for fair compensation. Will I last?
Mr. Butler I hope you can find the nerve to at least bring the truth to your superiors and that they are men with principles.
I feel like Ms. Lively and Mr. Butler came along just in time, if not I was sinking deeper and deeper into the obis’ of depression and hopelessness.
My family thanks you too. Henry, my son is in medical school in New York. My son counts on me to help with his school expense: I have not been able to help with this semester’s expenses. My family has been so worried about me since I was hospitalized in Feb, my son was ready to leave New York. My son was the first to call the police to see about me when he could not get me on the phone. My daughter, my grand children, my mom and my brothers thanks you too, they are all in California. I came here to save my grandmother’s home from further destruction. I don’t know what the feature will bring however I do know that God’s will be done.
I have attached a realistic cost estimation of my business projected losses. Also a summary of emotional distress, and financial hardship that has resulted.
The medical cost I am not sure of because that will depend entirely on whether or not I recover from a current battle with high blood pressure.
My hope is that I also be allowed to recover my business. This will allow me to rehire my office assistance and grow my business according to my projections for 2014.
As far as my home: I have been paying principal and interest, since the modification, they just tacked on insurance, I cannot handle the additional cost .., maybe those calls and letters from Indymac mortgage are a foreclosure notice. I have not been up to taking their calls or read their letters. I cannot handle the additional pressure and its nothing I can do at this point anyway. Even though I sent my creditors a letter to explain what was happening, I don’t think they believe me. I was only a couple of weeks in the hold when Capitol One started calling. I will deal with that when I can. My bank account has been stressed and will soon be depleted.
I am fatigued, I have loss interest and often very sad. I cannot get pass this, I have tried. Taking on new clients, which I have tried to do, is not an option for me until I get this matter reconciled. I have not retained an attorney to help me expedite the reconciliation. I feel that I can best represent my suffering to you and that is why my letters are so involved. I have documents to support all claims. Please do not continue to put me off, you will be putting off my recovery.
I would appreciate a prompt response to this settlement offer, so I can do some damage control. I told your business account executive, I want my account dated back to the original date my services were changed to business class, he never responded to that. All of the
I dated and put the times of my contacts with Comcast, to make it possible for you to listen to the calls. You will see that anyone of these account executives could have resolved my problem sooner. Their unwillingness to help me has whipped out 2 years of hard work, caused me physical and financial hardship, I may lose my home.
I realize you could offer me nothing at all. You could reward me enough to make a new start what little. You could give me just enough to fail at my attempt to restart my business. Please let me know what I can do to help expedite a fair settlement. Mr. Butler I know the last notes I gave you were hard to understand, I had not put them in letter form, they were notes. Contact me if you have questions. Please respond as soon as you can. The rest is in GOD’s hands.
Respectfully
Winnie Diggs
Cc: Mr. Neal, President, Comcast
Mr. Roberts, CEO, Comcast
