Comcast Of Richmond Complaint

Hi I am telling about someone using my debit to pay someones bill not mine. 1Rst off I pay 1 time debit payment on the phone , my bill is never over 76.00 And my bill is not due till 7/ 21/08 so with this in mind I'm looking on line 7/09/08 at my checking account and a debit payment to Comcast was made in the amount of 217.35 So I call my credit union right then they really cant help so I call Comcast with no help 2 days later I still traveling back and forth between the 2 places nill, no one will tell me where my money went please can you help ?
