Columbia Flooring Complaint

We purchased 1400 square feet of Chase Pecan engineered hardwood floors from Columbia Flooring. The wood is splitting, delaminating, creaking, and the finish is terrible. For 6 months we have tried to get this resolved through our retailer who is getting no response from Columbia.

They have had 2 inspectors come out, neither of the reports will they share with us.

The floors are garbage. Whatever you do, don't waste your money with them!
