I hit a deer in February 2011 and contacted this company to do the repair work. I went in to find our how long it would be and they said they would contact me and let me know. A month went by no word. Finally I went back in and spoke to Jennifer and after she thumbed through the papers she said oh yes, this part has to be made made because the car is not made anymore and we have ordered it. I asked when the part would come in and she said about a month and they would call when it came in. I waited and waited trying to be understanding then I went in to check in May and she said oh gee I don't know I forgot to check let me call now. She called them and asked when they would have some more to ship out and told me my part would be here in August. Well here it is the end of November and they called and told me I owed over 2,000 dollars. This shows you how concerned they were with my car, they had already been paid by the insurance company in March or May. Since it has set so long Chrysler said that before it is driven certain repairs need to be done to it since it has not been driven. The fluids all need to be drained and flushed including the gas, the belts and hoses need to be replaced and the tires have probably rotted. When I asked them it they had done any of these things that only thing they said was that they do not have the means to do it unless they special order it for a job I said okay you need to do this, the lady on the phone said they do not do this. I have been more than patient and if I had not written to the BBB they probably would still be waiting on the part, which they did not respond to. I what my car safe and driveable. They were paid over $3,000 and waited 10 months for my car. If the service department of the company that makes the vehicle says these things need to be done then they need to be done. HELP!
