Cohen Brothers Furniture Complaint

On September 11,2005 I purchased Home Theater seats from Cohen Brothers furniture. I gave them a deposit of $1,000, and they committed to having the furniture in 6-8 weeks. After 9 weeks (mid-Nov.)I called them to ask when it would be in. They said they would not expect it for at least another 6 weeks. (Early January). I called again yesterday (end of January) and they said it would be at least another 4 weeks. It has now been over 20 weeks and I do not have my furniture, nor do I have any idea when I will receive it.
