Order product due to they had displayed on their ad well respected names such as CBS, MSNBC, USA TODAY, ABC. Why woulnd't I trust them. It's all a scam...the prodcut (free trial) doest not arrive as they stated, this gives them time to charge you bank account for the full amount, because you missed the deadline to return or call to cancel any future order and charges.
Well, I acted promptly and I return to product to them with confirmation signature request. I call the company and I was told I will receive a refund within 7-10 business day. Needless to say it's now 31 days since they have received the product, several telephone calls, and still no refund. Well, I'm desperate at this time, my bank can't help me because I use my checking account to pay for the trial sample, so the company will have to send me a check in refund. although the website says 3-5 days for refund they are telling me 60 days. I have a real financial hardship, I have my daughter's college tuition due otherwise she can't register for clasess next semester and several other bills due. But yet they continue to sring you along. I guess they try to wear you down, but not me. Oh, the charges to my account triggered $70.00 bank fee for overdraft also. so I am out about 235.00 for not even trying the product, because I returned it unopen to them. I need HELP don't know what else to do about this.
