Classic Property Management Complaint

I am a single parent with four children. I pay association fees in the townhome that I own. Any repairs in the common area are supposed to be handled by the association. On May 22, 2008, the gas company shut off my gas because of a leak in the common area. They will not restore service until a plumber has corrected the problem.

AS of June 11, 2008, the association has not called a plumber.
