On Thanksgiving I asked my niece what she wanted for Christmas. She told me very excitedly about the slippers and which character she wanted. That same night I placed
my order on line. I checked the next day for confirmation E-mail, nothing. When I checked the web site it could not find my order by the order number. Had to keep putting different info in before it came up. That should have been my first warning there. From then I kept checking on order and started trying to find out how to contact them since they were not contacting me (not one E-mail has ever been sent to me from them). Finally found a phone number when I clicked cancell order (then you have to call). From that point on it has been nothing but LIES, LIES, LIES.
