Board of Chiropractic Examiners Complaint

Chiropractic Scam - chiropractic

- Colorado
I went to a chiropractor for about five years. I was legally disabled and had a serious health issue.

The chiropractor milked me for years based on her misdiagnosis. I found out at the Boulder fair when I got a free exam that she gave me palliative treatment for years, violating all standards of practice.

I filed a complaint with DORA Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and they dismissed it. I sent proof with xrays and her treatment notes and a couple witnesses.

The DORA said she violated no law or professional code of conduct. She misdiagnosed my condition, she milked me for years with no referral, she misdiagnosed and missed serious illness in which I could have died, she kept no confidentiality between patients. The Board is covering up something or they allowed the DC to pay to be dismissed. I don't know. But they should have done something instead of say she did nothing wrong.

We do not have a honest consumer protection agency. It is a scam. We should find out why they do not protect us.

I was very ill and asked the Board if they in fact were there to protect the doctor or me and they said me and told me to file. It took me months to write it all up and honestly, I think they just used me for their gain,,,,they need complaints to justify their agency and jobs but actually function to protect the chiroprator.

If you do not want to report on the State agency, then maybe you could report on the specific chiropractor. She was a money grabbing public nuisance.
