Adams chiropractic center Complaint

I was involved in a auto accident wet to a local attorney who refered me to a doctor for treatment, at one point a general price range was quoted for a case of my nature would cost.,then one day I come in for treatment a matter of me having a dept with child support came into play how a chiropractor got that info is beyond me, but after that came up the price of service changed from 2500$ to 10.000,
it was stated that child would be paid from settlement which never happened now I want to know how I can only received 2000$ out of 22.500$ where is my money? I need help.
