Hello, I hope you can assist me. Over 3 weeks ago I took my Ford Explorer Sport Trac into my regular auto spa - to have my custom car mats washed. I waited for over 35 mins, and finally one of the employees came to me and said, sorry we put you mats in another customers car. I was told don't worry she is a regular and will come back, I was to keep checking and they would call me. I came in the next day and the next and every day after no mats. Each time Binto the manager of car wash would say don't worry we will pay for new mats. I kept waiting because I wanted to work with the auto spa but, yesterday, I was informed by binto that his boss will not pay for the mats.
They had me call vista ford and get all the information on replacement cost.. Vista has only one pair of grey mats left and offered a 10% discount = 199.00 and binto was to call them with payment information, he did not. I called back x4 and no manager or owner would spk with me, I was told you pay half and we might pay the other half. I explained they put my mats in another car and I should not have to pay and now they are refusing altogether.
