Westcoast Radiology Complaint

I made an appointment with this place for my wife for a Pet CT Scan. I have United Healthcare. They assured me it would be covered by my insurance. Well, my insurance denied the exam saying it was an experimental procedure. They said they requested medical records and didn't get them but I wasn't responsible for the bill. I was very surprised when I got a bill for $5,500.00! I called and they were very nice. I told them I wanted to speak with a supervisor and was told she will call me back, she never did. I called back and was told they will reduce the price to medicare's allowable! This place is a rip-off!
