I subscribed with tutorvista.com a Bangalore (India) based company providing online education/e-tuition to students. Soon after I tried to cancel my subscription in the month of March 2010. But a customer care representative contacted me on phone and he promised me to provide good services. After that I subscribed for whole year and my subscription is till June 2011, but from the last two months they abruptly reduced tutoring hours from 60-72 hours per month to only 4o hours per month. Still their website www.tutorvista.com promises 15 hours tutoring sessions per week, which is a big fraud. To add to my misery they further reduced tutoring hours from 40 per month to 30 hours per month from the start of this month. I tried my best to contact them, but they are not responding at all.
Please help me in solving my problem because my daughter is suffering due this cheating as she was totally dependent for her tuition on this company. But from the last 3 months they have unethically cheated her.
