In 2009, I was shopping for a new ford van, after several weeks of negotiating, I asked what was the bottom line of the van? he said it was $18,800. So I said, ok, I will buy it. well I had a 1995 ford van to trade in, he said, I would get $ 3,500. towards the new van, I Also put down $ 10,000. down,,total .$13,500. towards the $18,800,,,so I bought the van, well, heres were he tricked me, he took the $ 3,500 off the price of the van first, That was not what I agreed to! So instead of oweing $ 5,300. dollors, I $12,000,,,?? They cheated me of $3,500, plus,, Now, they made $ 3,500,plus they cheated the Goverment of the $3,500,clunker money, Then they sold my 1995 van for $5,995.It was supose be destoryed,, I seen it on the lot my self ! So, add it up, plus my $ 10,000.down. Thats $ 35,000, for $ 18,000 sale ,,I am a senior, 67,yrs. old, thanks, Wayne Akers,,, I have complained with no answers from them?
