CHASE Credit Card Complaint

CHASE raised my APR to 29.99%

I'm a Black, minimum wage earner who also goes to college. I was paying minimum monthly payments to CHASE credit card on time. Suddenly they called me a 'RISK' and raised my APR to 29.99% That raised my minimum monthly payments, raised the financial charges they took each month, and it crushed me! How can I pay the balance when all of the money goes to them thru financial charger? I am willing to pay lump-sums($1000.00-2000.00)until it's paid and then close the account if they will return my APR back to 18%. I can do that, but I cannot scrape-up large sums of money to send them only to see them take it under 'FINANCIAL CHARGES'. And they call me a 'RISK' to justify why they raised my APR in the first place. I think they are BIG CROOKS robbing little people.
