I have been a card holder with Chase for some time with a history of prompt payment in full each month.
I paid my balance due of $594.84 on Feb 2, 2007.
I never recieved another statement until after I got a call in July, 2007, claiming my account was 5 months past due.
I called Chase and finally on Aug. 10, 2007 they faxed me copies of statements. They are claiming charges made of $169.14 and late charges and interest of $193.16. Until August 10, I never recieved statements as to these charges due. On my calls to Chase they said that I was to recieve paperless statements. Chase refused to tell me to what email address they supposedly sent these statements, and I have never recieved any emails from Chase as to this account. I am now forwarding payment for the charges made, not for any late charges of interest.
