I Talk B B Complaint

I Talk BB is a scam. They pre-charged me for the upcoming month when I cancelled the service at the beginning of the month, they would not refund me the days that I didn't use the phone service. Customer service is lousy and mechanic. Danny with work ID 10973 talked just like an unprofessional customer service representative when he claimed he was a manager. He didn't resolve the issue and told me that that's I Talk BB's rule. Why did I have to speak to you, manager??? Shame, shame, shame.
