My problem is I have been with AT&T for about 15 years well for the last 2 years my reception in Sunol and other areas has been terrible, I use to have very good reception here and should have according to there map on there website, I have called numerous times about this and they keep telling me they will check and it and I never get a response back, I called and wanted to get out of my contract but they said I would have to pay the $100. early termination fee which I said was wrong I am not getting what I should be getting, my neighbor had AT&T and got rid of it because of the same reason, I feel that they shoud let me out of this contract without having to pay the cancellation fee, due to all the dropped calls and bad reception, as you have seen on there commercials the reception is 99%, that is bull----. I hope that you can help me with this, its very irritating when you can't get reception and you should be getting it according to there maps and commercials. I rely on this phone and it is not reliable due to bad reception and dropped calls. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you.
