Cell Phone Bill

I was a long time Sprint customer who moved and was not getting service at my new home address. I stopped into my local AT&T office and inquired if they would be able to duplicate my Sprint coverage at the same price which was about $167/mth. The young lady (Summer)who assisted me said she could and told me to pick out phones(3)which I did and paid for them. The first bill I received was for $316.84. I went back to the store and spoke with Bill Holland who is the sales representative I was informed Summer was terminated but he would look into the problem, he found some charges he was able to remove and told me to pay the bill and all credits would be reflected on my next bill. Again I received my next month bill for $207.93, stopped in and he made another credit lowing that bill to $199.17. I complained that this was not what we spoke about and he said he will contact his boss Bill Hess (386.366.2122). After a week I contacted Mike as I have not heard from Bill and was informed that I should call him directly. When I spoke to Bill and explained what has transpired he said he understood and that Summer was fired, I requested to have my contract cancelled and and he said he need to speak to his boss Julie. I again called Bill and he did a 3 way with Julie who also was very nice and understood but she said she does not have the ability to cancel my contract and wanted to know why I didn't cancel with in the 30 days. I explained what transpired and how the sales representative told me he was checking on credits and waiting for Bill to get back to him. She said I could cancel and pay $885 which is the cancellation fee but she would then speak to her boss. Again I waited a week and called Bill who contacted Julie who said there is nonething she could do as her boss said no. Bill and Julie said they are glad Summer is no longer an employee, they are will to credit me one month's charge but won't let me out of the contract. I tried to explain again that I was misled by their employee and told to wait for credits then to be told sorry its past the 30 period. I plan on cancelling the contract and asking for your assistance in resolving this matter as I can not afford these montly bills. My prior bill was $247.82 and my current bill is $262.43. Thank you for your time and kind assistance in this matter
