By 3-4-11 for wind turbine systems. On 5-31-11 james lee told me they started to process apps last week but will release all at once, hopefully by end of June. He stated that program will not be started 120 days as stated. Does not know when it will be restarted. Does not know how guildlines will be changed.
Companies all over ca have signed up 100's of consumers who would benefit with reduction of elect. Bill & generate green elect. Many people have been employed because of this program, local contractors, electricians & laborers would be employeed to install systems. Millions of $ would be saved by consummers and spent in local economies.
