On 2/27/2011 Problem Date. Purchase Date 2/11/2011. model # 2727S-24 , # 2727T-4848 and 42005SET. These three items were not in stock so I paid cash to have them order them and delivered on 2/27/2011. No phone call from Lakeisha Holly or Joe Hetler were made all day. So I decided to call American Freight and talked to Lakeisha Holly and she stated the product did not come in on the truck so I asked why they did not call me. Lakeisha Holly stated they were busy so I requested my full refund and Lakeisha Holly would not even see me I had to talk with Joe Hetler. He agreed to give me $ 100.00 dollars back and would call me the following day 02/28/2011 with a okay that his corporation had approved the check. I got no call from Joe Hetler I decided to call him and just cancel everything and get my full refund of $ 869.63 dollars back that I paid in cash. they refuse to give my refund back on the spot
