2000 Acura tl. I spoke with jc a salesman 7 to 8 times during the week of 02/01/2010 and on 02/05/2010 I went to the business around 6.20Pm jc got the acura stuck in mud and told me I would have to wait till the next day. I though the car was really pretty and wanted to buy it and really needed it had been without a car for two months so with all intentions of buying this car I gave jc $4500.00 And said would see him tomorrow. He wrote me a receipt that said (dp on acura blue) got there the next day 4pm asked jc to go for a ride with me and when I got in the car immediately had a bad feeling it smelt of mold and mildew and was very dirty and told him so as I drove noticed could not see out back window and some things like heated seats didn't work. I stopped at a store very disappointed at this point and walked around the car and popped the trunk and what I saw shocked me it was full of water and no tire and things were rusting then I checked inside and noticed floor boards were soaked and rusting and water in between seats. At this point told jc didn't want the car, and asked for my money. He said he would detail car then tried showing me other cars which I did not like. And then told me he couldn't give me my money that he had deposited it in the bank and his boss would not be back in town till Wednesday, that was not going to work cause I need to buy a car I have a job to start on Monday, I called police he told them that he put my money in a safe and didn't know the code and had to wait for boss on Wednesday. There was nothing they could do but make a report,
i;ve tried calling jc for the past two days and he is avoiding my calls and not returning any of them. Ineed my money, i;m a single mother of two and that was my income tax money and its all I have. Please help me please
