The car went in for paint on June 2, 2010. I went to pick up the car on June 28, 2010 and at that time I paid by check $865.00. The car was a Lincoln Town Car with 58,000 original miles. They had the car for 3 weeks. when I called to find out why the job was taking so long Brian Small the owner said that they had some problems with orange peel and other things. When I finelly went to pick up the car, I was not happy with it. There were swril marks and fish eye through out the paint job. There were areas where the primer was showing through the paint and the emblems were not on the car. The mirror fell off the car as I saw it was not sitting right. They had put rubber glue that htey pepair windows with. Brian Small explained that wihle the paint was being buffed it hit the mirror and it broke off because it was old and the glue did nothave a chance to dry. The studs on the emblems were broken off. I had paid him because he sounded honest because he told me he would paint the damaged areas and then I told him it would look patched if he did it. He agreed at that time that he would repaint the antire car over again. He said to wait 2 weeks to give the car a chance to dry. I Called him for an appiontment to bring the car in. I called several times before he responded. I droped off the car at the garage and did not hear from him after several phone calls. It was about a week that my wife and I went to the garage to see what was taking so long. We asked oneof the mechanics where Brian Small was. He said that he was rushed to the hospital for gall bladder attack. The car was not garaged for all that time and filthy. When Brian small went back to work that is when I aproched him about the paint job. He said that he was moving his paint shop next door to the garage. After calling him again and not getting any return phone calles I contacted the Consummer Affairs Office on Nov. 4, 2010 and the BBB on March 7,2010. Brian Small has ignored them both. I have asked for a full refond.
