I hope to get the word out and maybe some help about this company because I am very disappointed and mad with them. About two weeks ago we purchased a used (preowned certifite) Mazda 6, 2010 with the company, for which we paid a good amount of money(almost like a new car). We signed the contract and everything seemed fine. We got two keys for the car which was not written down in the contract by the way. When we tried to use the key the next day, one of them would not work. We called the dealership and they said to return the key and they would see if they could find the other one. The next day nobody had called us back. So we contacted them. The said that with used cars they are not required to give us two keys, if they would ahve them they would give it to us but since they didn't have it. there was nothing they could do. When I told the mamager that we were handed two keys and were expecting a second key as promised he said that that he did not promise anything. If it would have been promised it would have been in written.(what a jerk) I told him that to me it was a verbal agreement since I received 2 keys when I walked out and that I in good faith had returned the other key, so I was expecting another one back. His response was that he would be able to get me another key but only at discounted price. Regular key is $399 and he said I could get one for $289. When I asked him if he was able to get me another key but just did not want to pay for it he said yes. I waited a couple days and contacted the head manager again he replied the same thing saying they are not responsible to provide us with a second key since it is not in the contract. And that they barely make money anyway. And again I told him I felt that I was treated unfairl and to me handing me two keys was like promising me two keys. He then told me that people make mistakes and heis not responsible for another key. I tild him I would complain about the business and he just said ok, without even bothering. I am so mad and feel so unfairly treated. First they treat you like a king and once they got your money they don't care. I hope there is a way to help us out. Thank you so much
