I took my car to see what the loud noise in front end was I thought it might be a front axle. I took to bob's tire when I got there I told them I knew the ball joints where bad that I thought it might be a c v axle they called me later telling me I needed ball joints I told them that I would come by to let them hear what I was talking about. Me an d the mechanic rode down the street could not get it to make noise mechanic said that jacking it up and then letting it back down settled the front end I was still unsure but ask mechanic that be replacing ball joints would fix it it he said yes so I left car told them I had to get the money up to fix it called them next day to tell them I had money to fix it. A repair of 857.00 next day when I picked car up and paid I went to leave it started making noise I was so mad drove on home called them and told them it didn't fix it took I back down there still again the noise would not start. Mechanic told me of another place to take it so I did with in a couple of hours they called to let me know what it was transfer case needed to be replaced at a cost of 1700.00 so a couple days later I called bob's to see what they would do the guy on phone talked to me a said they fixed the ball joints I told him it was not the problem he then told me he was not going to get in a pissing contest and said he was not going to do anything about it
