Cancelled My Account in "Error" and refused to reactivate - Secured Credit Card

Applied "Bank" Secured Credit Card.
I lost my card and called to let them know. I also updtaed my address.
They told me because I updated my address I could not get a new card until I showed proof of address and that a new card will cost $30.00-
I complained about the $30.00 and said I didn't need one in that case -

Well I guess the "customer service rep" I talked to was annoyed that I complained about the fee because he cancelled my account and notated that I didn't agree tot he fee and to cancel.

Then I get a letter saying "per my request" they have cancelled my account.

I called and asked them about the mistake- and the representative I first spoek to said he would request to have the account reactivated and someone would call meback..

They never called me back.

Today when I called they the representative I spoke to was very condescending and said their records show I requested to cancel-and nothing can be done to reactivate.

Finally after throwing a huge fit they gave me a "supervisor" who said that he "researched" my account and his representative indicated I said to cancel- which I did not---

-when I told him the representative was incorrect he got big attituude and begn to talk down and me saying there was nothing he could do- and that 'my story was inconsistent with the notes on the account" he kept I nterruptign me and refusing to let me speak.

then he refused to let me speak to his manager- he said it was up to HIM to research the account and decide if my account would be re-activated or not--

WHY would a bank leave a customer's account status and credit score up to a Customer Service Rep?? that is ridiculous- and then to tell that to a customer...

I have literally been on hold with this company for over an hour they REFUSE to help their customers.
