Payson Campground and Rv Resort Complaint

Feb 2101 reserved site for one month June 2010.Arrvd site sat 6-5 and had to leave tues 6-8 due to dirty air and altitude sickness(lack of oxygen).Paid $475.00 for one month stayed 3 nites left Rv on site til 6-12 (1-week).Receipt given no mention of refund position. Sat Owner sherri stated when she got her monthly statement from Visa she then would refund. My position RV was left for one week at $30.00 per nite so $210.00 would be the chg. Asked for refund of $265.00..This was refused by their email from Mgr Ron Treffert. Help me pls.... $475.00 for 3 nites camping is not correct... Wm Curry 480-961-8799
