California Supplimental Socal Security payments Complaint

California cuts SSI payments without proper notice - making the poorest of the poor pay for the Governor's wish to hire more gov't workers instead. All this done with no notice of any kind in any media. How do they prevent the media from publicizing this sort of abomination?
