We are from a rural area in southwest Iowa who along with my 13 year old son decided to buy a 4 wheeler thru ebay.The company is CALHOME INC. DBA T-Motorsports in La Verne CA 91750. The ad read 250cc 4 wheeler with 5 speeds and reverse but what we got was a 4 speed with reverse.I t has only been running for 3 - 4 hours total the wheel bearings keep going out of it, brakes and now the tie rod has broken off and it is made of pot metal so there is no way to fix it. The company will not fix, replace or refund our money and when we call they hang up on us.
They claim we abused it but we have never had it off of the dirt road that we live by and then it has only been running for the few hours and now we cannot ride it because of the tie rod and now way to fix it. We paid in good faith on time expecting to get a machine that would run and one that was as advertised but what we got was a lemon with no help from the seller. Please help us what has happened to customer service and fair business practices? We live so far away and have no where to turn.

Just so you know your not the only one out there this company is a joke I personally went to there business bought two atv from them in nov of 2007 and havent been able to even ride them because they are junk thier customer service in china sucks and Im ready to hire an attorny and shut this business down!!!

i tried to purchase a mini quad from this company and all i got was a headache.employees are extremely rude on phone and talk in circles. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I have been going around with this company for about six months concerning a scooter I bought. It arrived broken and with parts missing. Calhome has stonewalled me and now has offered to SELL me the parts that I already paid for but that never arrived. Run, don't walk, away from this company. Their eBay account has numerous negative feedback postings similar to the complaints on this page.

I purchased a motorcycle jacket from them via e-bay and basically got scammed. They got my money and I have not recieved the jacket. Small claims is the next route (on principle). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...in my opinion.

T-Motorsports,D.B.A. Calhome, and other names at 1871 Wright Street Laverne Ca.as many have seen many amny products for sale on ebay can,t be sold in calforina,well EBAY should prohibit calhome ,T-Motorsports from selling vehicles that need to be titled to operate, from selling to buyers in Florida . Because T-Motorsports and Calhome, and other names they sell under on EBAY, Because they are not licensed to sell in Florida,I bought (2) 50cc gas powered Chinese Scooters ,to find out that they are not licensed in fl. so i cant title the scooters,will EBAY buyer protecion hel in getting me a full refund , will see. so dont buy from any company names they sell under,steer clear of them . they suck, at t-motorsports ,Micheal,jane lee,christine,samatha,cheryl. and other owners and employees, zero customer service i mean zero.so buy and spend your hard working money , some where else other then T-Motorsports and other companys they sell under.

You guys are all fucking morons... you try and save money by buying Chinese product, and wonder why it sucks ??? Your paying 1 10th of a yamaha or honda costs... you think theres no reason for it ? To "go": We knew the quality of the products we were buying (or attempting to buy). That's not the issue at all. The products we bought or tried to buy are actually irrelevant. The issue is this company is scamming people. See their "F" rating at the Better Business Bureau of the Southland. It's not about the product. It's about the terrible company selling this stuff.

The owner of the T-motorsports only want to put the customers' money into his poket. They don't really have customer service. If you get wrong parts of missing parts they just assume you are cheatting them. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Never do business with them.

i ordered from Tmotorsports and they will not return an answer from 4 emails and 2 phone calls.go elsewhere to buy a childs bike or 4 wheeler,,they are terrible
