Cactus Jacks Complaint

Cactus Jacks Con Artist.. - Car

- Camelback
I purchased a car from Cactus Jacks On Feruary 12 2011. I just moved to the area and am trying to rebuild my life..living with my parents to get back on my feet. It was told to me that I had a 15 day warranty including transmission coverage. Within the first week the car seized up while I was driving to work, radio went haywire air conditioning shut off then the car died at an intersection. Got it restarted and drove the rest of the way to work. The RPMS were going up and down. Being a single female I was not sure what to do. I called them they told me to bring it out. Kept it past my 15 day warranty and charged me 50 dollars for looking at it. (They had just received 1100 down and $400 a month are my payments)They said there had been some kind of recall that they fixed on the car and it was good now(they could and would not furnish me with documents on this). The car was also on empty when I picked it up and had a full tank when I dropped it off. within a week my check engine light came on I took it to another shop that did a diagnostic on it and informed me the transmission was going to go out. I called cactus Jacks and they talked to the other shop and told me to bring it right in. I did this they had it for a week drove it a couple of hundred miles and said there was nothing wrong with it(full tank empty again). They said they could not confirm the diagnostic because the other shop had re set the check engine light. After 1 week air conditioning went out completely called cactus jacks to let them know..said I was past my 15 days and they would not do anything about it..and if they did I would have to pay 50 again for them to look at it. And pay for a new transmission if it needed it. It was not there problem(meanwhile paying 400 a month). Now 3 weeks more in check engine light is back on car is Jerking, my daughter will Be here Sunday to live with me and I am scared to death to drive the car with her in it. All this in just trying to build my own credit to get back on my feet. I am calling them again today to inform them. I can't continue to pay for a car (400 a month to save my own credit, get on my feet) I don't know what to do!No documentation from them whatsoever on anything they have done with this car. The story is longer..this was the brief!!
