CA Security Complaint

I purchased the internet security plus 2008 and am very disatisfied with it. Wish I had stayed with PC-cillin. I tried to get help about this thing and it said it would cost me for help?? What kind of service is that? This thing won't let me e-mail things I want to send out. I don't want that, all I wanted was to protect me from the viris & spam I receive. I guess I am just stuck with this sorry product. I bought it at Staples. But they can't do anything about it. Considering every thing I don't expect to hear from you, but I can still tell everyone I know about your product.
